We would like to be transparent and honest with you, our customer, so please read the term & conditions that apply to all our services, especially Cancellation/Change and voucher and promotions

Make an appointment

When you book your appointment, we will ask you for your contact details. We use this information in case we need to contact you and for sending out appointment reminder emails. We also send out a newsletter when we have special offers. You have the option to unsubscribe from these newsletters. Any information we collect from you will not be passed on to any third party. We respect your privacy.

Deposit before Appointment
Because of previous non-payment incidents, we require payment deposit before your appointment. Thank you for your understanding.

Cancellation / change Policy
We require that you give us at least 3 hours notice if you need to change or cancel your scheduled appointment so we can try and allocate that time for another customer. Laan Sai limited reserves the right to charge your deposit if you change or cancel your appointment less than 3 hours before the treatment is scheduled or if you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without this notification. After a no-show or cancellation less than 3 hours a new appointment is requested, Laan Sai limited reserves the right to ask for FULL payment in advance, or you can book online.

Refunds
Please be aware we do not refund unless required by law. No cashback.

(Gift) Vouchers and Special Promotions
Please mention your voucher when booking your appointment. Bookings are subject to availability. Please ensure your gift voucher is presented on arrival as we are unable to provide your treatment without your voucher. A voucher must be used by one person in one visit. Vouchers are valid for 12 months unless stated otherwise. Expired vouchers will not be honoured and are void. We require that you give us 3 hours notice if you need to change or cancel your scheduled appointment or the voucher will be void. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash. No change will be given. Under no circumstances will vouchers be refunded or reissued if lost, misplaced, destroyed or stolen. Laan Sai limited reserves the right to manage voucher appointments for services in high peak times. Specials/Vouchers cannot be combined with other Specials, Vouchers or Promotions, unless otherwise specified.
